It’s election season already and checkpoint at night is already an ordinary scene. Last night, I passed a checkpoint at Bolbok, Batangas City. Nothing extraordinary happened. They just looked at the front case (what do you call that small case in the front of the passenger’s seat where I keep my registration copies and some [...]

The Philippine Blog Awards will be concluded tomorrow. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the said awards night because I’m going home to Batangas tonight. That’s why I did not bother blogging about it for the e-ticket.
I’m not one of the judges, but here are my own winners list, my fearless forecast. Of [...]
Money out. I lost 2500 pesos. I don’t know what happened. It’s just that when I looked at my wallet to get some money last night, the money was gone. I already searched our room and it is nowhere to be found. Probably, it was lost on my way home. I really don’t know. The [...]
Amazon recently activated their Contextlink feature on their affiliate program, which is almost identical to Kontera’s Contentlink. They are indeed identical on the way they display the advertisement, where they both create a link out of your content, and make a small pop-up description once the reader hovers their mouse over the link. The only [...]
How do you program a modem? Do they follow a specific protocol when answering and making calls? What are these protocols? What are the rules and conditions to follow? Are these protocols universally accepted by all kinds of modem? Or do I need to recreate my codes everytime I install a new modem of different [...]
Now, you don’t have to search for that elusive EPCI ATM while strolling around at SM put-your-favorite-branch-here because you can already withdraw your money on Banco De Oro ATMs with no extra charge! Yup, you read it right. They are slowly merging their systems, and now, their ATMs are interconnected. Of course, it works the [...]
Sorry for the unannounced hiatus.
So what happened?
Insang Nao answered this meme and tagged every blogger she mentioned on it. So, here’s my side of the story…
While riding a taxi with my girlfriend, the driver started telling stories about his family. He said that he have 5 children, two of whom are already in the United States. His wife is already in the US too. However, he said that he preferred living here in the Philippines because he wants to watch [...]
Google is testing its new referral beta and is now accepting application for beta testers. Here is what the Inside Adsense blog says:
Many of you already use referrals to direct users to your favorite Google products. Now, with our new referrals beta, you can select products and services from our base of AdWords advertisers. This [...]
MSN simply loves my blog! As of now, my textmates blog is no.1 on their search results for the keyword text messages and funny text messages against millions of competitors. Hey, I even beat textmessages.com! See screen shot for text messages’ SERPs here. Or you can try searching for it on MSN to see if [...]
Are you getting denied many times when applying for a Google Adsense account? Here’s a sure way to get approved.
I found this on Stellify. March 24 is World Shutdown Day. A day where you have to shutdown your computer for the whole 24 hours. Can I do it? Yes I can, because on that day, we’ll be at the beach. No computers of any kind will be turned-on.
I was in Toyota Batangas last Saturday for my car’s 35000 km check-up. I left our house at around 9:30 AM, and reached the place at around 10:00 AM. There were 5 more cars in queue, and my car was serviced at around 11:30 AM. I thought, I’ll be able to leave the place by [...]
And I thought, Google Adsense is contextual. How come it is displaying diet-related advertisement when in fact, I haven’t mentioned dieting on this blog (except for now)? Kahit nga picture na mataba ako, wala eh. Nang-aasar ata itong Adsense na ito. Hehehe.
Checking my Google Adsense account and seeing that earnings went down by 50% for the same number of clicks a week ago is not funny. What happened? Is my site penalized, or smart priced? I haven’t checked my blog for MFA (Made For Adsense in case you don’t know) site’s ads for a couple of [...]
Blogger started forcing everyone to upgrade eversince they removed the New Blogger out of Beta. However, after upgrading, almost everyone I know remained on the Classic Template, or reverted back to Classic Template after seeing that the New Blogger is not that easy as what it seems to be. For people like me who liked [...]
This is not a step by step procedure. This is for people who know how to setup a dial-up connection, but didn’t know the necessary settings for Globelines Prepaid. Well, it’s easy. All you have to do is create a new dial-up connection and use the following settings:
What if you found someone copied and pasted your work on his blog and never gave you the credits? Instead, he claimed it as his work? Hindi ba, nakakaasar? Ok na naman. Inalis na nya ang kinopya nya after kong magmessage ng dalawang beses, kaso, may pasaring pa ang gago eh, saying that text messages [...]
Yesterday night, while I’m surfing the net via Globe Visibility on my new laptop, I accidentally clicked my Google Ads. Kasi naman, kakaasar yung touch pad. I’m just trying to move the pointer, pero bigla ba namang iclick yung ads na katapat. So, nireport ko kaagad sa Google ang mga pangyayari. Alam nyo na, ayaw [...]
