Now, you don’t have to search for that elusive EPCI ATM while strolling around at SM put-your-favorite-branch-here because you can already withdraw your money on Banco De Oro ATMs with no extra charge! Yup, you read it right. They are slowly merging their systems, and now, their ATMs are interconnected. Of course, it works the other way around. If you have BDO ATM card, you can also withdraw to EPCI ATM with no extra charge. Now, that makes my life a bit easier.

    I also noticed both banks have now the same custom designed pens in the teller area.

    I hope by 2008 when EPCI will be competely swallowed by BDO that withdrawals in SM will be more convinient.
