Someone reported a bug he found on Microsoft Word 2007. He said that opening 3 specific doc files crashed it. He blogged about it, showed some screen shots, and even gave the 3 doc files to the public.

Can I tell that to my boss too if the application I developed for him crashed? LOL! Why not? If the richest software company can do it, why can’t I?
