Yes! Indeed. It already happened twice. First was last week, and the second time was yesterday. I can’t even get a valid IP address until this morning. The error message says that it cannot find the DHCP server. Hello, Smart Bro people! Where did your DHCP server go? Got wet during the rain? Hehehe!
I called their technical support, and I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes, so I decided to hang-up. Maybe, they are already receiving too much calls last night.
Hopefully, they could fix this today. Well, checking the blogosphere today, I found some related negative reviews:

strange, we’re the exact opposite.. my smart bro speed triples when it rains.. it reaches 1++mbps.. but i’m in iloilo so i don’t know..
i also made a post a while back stating that they may have been “generous”

Good for you if it only happened to you twice. We use SmartBro sa computer shop sa bahay, every time it rains, no online games for the kids…
I have some complains too with Smart. Oh well, complain lang ng complain..

Those who want to subscribe to Smart Bro… I am telling you: Do yourself a favor and try something else. It’s my worst decision this year. I have lost a great deal of money because of it.
Last week, I tried to understand the poor connection due to the typhoon. But the weather this week is fine. I think they dont have any excuses now.
Unfortunately, they have this contract and I have to pay the remaining months as a victim of their POOR SERVICE. They are SO unfair. It’s a rip-off. Believe me.
