It seems that the weather is playing with us. The sun shines brightly today after the government announced last night that classes are suspended on all levels because of possible flash floods.

I noticed that this always happen since time immemorial. Everytime the government suspends classes in advance, the weather suddenly changes its mind and make it pleasingly convenient for students to go to the malls.

Well, that’s a proof that nobody can exactly predict the weather. Even satellite images of PAGASA has been fooled. Hey, where is the rain today? Can someone explain to me what really happened today? Why aren’t they able to predict that the weather will be fine today? Are the facilities/weather instruments of PAGASA still working fine?
