Another good news! Paypal is now fully activated in the Philippines! (Hat tip to James of Pinoymoneytalk) Now, we can send and receive payment via Paypal!
Forum members of Pinoymoneytalk confirmed this. Read here. They actually tested it by sending themselves $1 each. Hehehe. Wow!
What does this mean to me? Well, it means that I can run my AuctionAds again here and get my payment on Paypal. I can sell some resellable e-books and get payment via Paypal. There are many online opportunities that we can do now because of this! You can even send me a $1 donation if you want to test it. Hehehe. My Paypal email is marhgil{at}yahoo{dot}com. I can be an online beggar. Hahaha!
Ok, enough said. I’m so happy and glad!
Update: Manuel Viloria sent me $1 to check if I can truly receive the money. Here is the screenshot of the results. Transaction complete. Click to see the larger image.
Now, the next question. How could I withdraw this? Stay tuned.

ay salamat. I had my paypal acccount in the US since 2004. The problem was everytime I logged in , they would detect it was in the Philippines. It was a tiring process until one day they recognized my Ip address as mine. Then when I move to another computer, I get caught again and so forth and so on. I am glad to hear this good news.

So ano maganda gamitin? EON or BDO ATM Card? I am confused…I have a friend who said na EON does not give the bank statement required to verify the account…How about BDO?
Pedi ba? Please help!
October 2nd, 2007 at 9:59 am
@Slow… Wala akong EON card eh. Yung BDO, I tried registering, hindi accepted. I’m still waiting for my Smart Money card, baka pwede yun. Sabi ng iba, pwede nga raw yung EON card.
October 4th, 2007 at 5:07 am
@Slow: As for me, I’m ok with my EON now but I’m still waiting for my 4 digit Expanded Use Number to reflect on my statement. Will call UnionBank today and tomorrow to confirm.
