I’ve heard many times already from friends and some people that if you really want to get rich, you should venture into real estate. Well, I don’t have any idea how to get into such market and I don’t even have that much money to start with.
Lately, I had a meeting with a friend and I just found out that she’s into real estate. Hmm, I think that’s one of her secret for getting and staying rich. Hehe. Anyway, one of her friends is convincing me to buy one of their products, but unfortunately, I don’t have that much money to get one. Well, he told me that if I can refer some people to them, I can get some referral fee ranging from 0.5% to 3.5% depending on the effort I gave to make the sale.
Hmm, 0.5% of P1,000,000 is P5000, and 3.5% of P1,000,000 is P35,000. Not bad as a sideline, right? Having heard that, the marketing and entrepreneural side of me started computing. So, if I could refer to them at least 20 persons a month and 2 of them purchased something worth 1 Million, I’ll have an extra 10000 to 70000 a month, right? And where the hell will I get those persons?
Simple. Search engine traffic. Now, it’s time to optimize my blog for a more popular and beneficial keywords. Enough of erap plunder case and zte ringtones. Hehe. (Yup, I’m getting traffic from google for those keywords) The time has come to earn more on my blog other than the pay-per-click advertisement.
So, this means that you’ll be seeing some real estate related articles on this blog anytime soon. Maybe, at least once a week.

A friend of mine who’s a relative of the owners of Sulo Hotel told me that the hotel is now up for sale. He’s willing to split the 3% commission with anyone who can help sell the hotel.
How much does the hotel cost? P350M. So even if you get only 1% commission, that’s still P3.5M. Not bad. huh?
