Are you still renting an apartment or condominium unit in Metro Manila? So, how much does it cost you monthly? How many years are you doing this already? Imagine, if you are paying at least Php10,000 pesos per month on your apartment or condo unit, you’ll end up paying Php120,000 for one whole year, and if you’re doing this already for 5 years, that’s a whopping Php600,000! And what did you get? Well, you get a place to live in, but still, even if you stayed there for 5 years, you still can’t call it your own.

Now, why rent and make your landlady filthy rich when you can get a condo unit at a reasonable price, pay the monthly amortization at around Php10,000 per month, and call it your home after 5 years?
