Are you still renting an apartment or condominium unit in Metro Manila? So, how much does it cost you monthly? How many years are you doing this already? Imagine, if you are paying at least Php10,000 pesos per month on your apartment or condo unit, you’ll end up paying Php120,000 for one whole year, and if you’re doing this already for 5 years, that’s a whopping Php600,000! And what did you get? Well, you get a place to live in, but still, even if you stayed there for 5 years, you still can’t call it your own.
Now, why rent and make your landlady filthy rich when you can get a condo unit at a reasonable price, pay the monthly amortization at around Php10,000 per month, and call it your home after 5 years? Is this possible? Of course. If you are interested, contact me, provide your e-mail address and/or contact numbers, and someone from my real estate contacts will contact you.
I’m planning to get one myself once I hit my Google Adsense goal for this year.

i just get my family our own condo along ortigas ave. ext. it’s near my work though traffic along this area is quite heavy. but still, the ecstatic feeling of having your own place to go home and rest after a long day of hard work is simply worth it

Lease to Purchase is a very popular concept and there is a book by a real estate investor called Jeff Beaubien, who has made more than USD $1 million by lease purchasing properties and then selling it off when the time is right.

There is a study made by Nouveau Riche University where is proved that people feel more secure when they own their own house, even if the monthly debt is bigger than an usual rent. And i agree with this study! You know you pay more monthly, but at least you know that that’s your house and you can do whatever you want with it… after you finished paying the loan.
