you said it very well 🙂 i just get my family our own condo along ortigas ave. ext. it’s near my work though traffic along this area is quite heavy. but still, the ecstatic feeling of having your own place to go home and rest after a long day of hard work is simply worth it 😉

There is a study made by Nouveau Riche University where is proved that people feel more secure when they own their own house, even if the monthly debt is bigger than an usual rent. And i agree with this study! You know you pay more monthly, but at least you know that that’s your house and you can do whatever you want with it… after you finished paying the loan.
