I guess, I’m not a good fortune teller. Pacquiao was not able to KO Barrera, but of course, he won convincingly in a unanimous decision. Not that Pacquiao lost his power, it’s just that Barrera successfully achieved his only goal for that fight. Quoting Michael Marley, “You cannot knock out a guy whose only goal is NOT to get knocked out.” Obviously, Barrera knew that if he engaged Manny in a slugfest, he’ll lose. So, he just did what he needed to do: to stay on his feet until the last round so that he can mock Erik Morales saying,”I lasted 12 rounds of boxing with Manny, while you are knocked out on the 3rd round, nyenyenyenyenye!”

Congratulations Manny! Now, I’m looking forward to your next fight with Juan Manuel Marquez. Mabuhay ang Pambansang Kamao!

hmmm… i’m not happy that he won. the fame and fortune is ridiculously made him more than a boxer. actor. politician wanna be. a casanova. over exposed endorsements. and an attitude. but what can i do? nothing (not even watch his fights). i’ll just wait and see where all these will bring him. and life goes on…
btw, did i mention that i’m a barrera? my grandpa is from the barrera clan of spain. of course, i wouldn’t know if that barrera is related to us cuz he’s mexican, right? and i’m not from spain. i’m from somewhere else. whatever… ;)

@Empress… hehehe. kakalat na naman ang mukha ni Pacquiao sa TV at mga billboards. Yes, we cannot do anything about it. Pero magaling talaga syang magboxing. :D

If he’s only goal is not to be knocked down then he survived. But he failed to avenge his fellow mexican boxers. poor mexicans. hahaha peace! :D

Bakit ba pag dating sa boxing and billiard, bida lagi ang Philippines? Is it because of the poor standing of our country kaya yung mga bata, either tambay sa bilyaran or napipilitang magboxing para sa family nila sa murang edad.

I hope Pacqiao’s wife would stop wearing jewerlies. Kasi nagmumukha siyang mayabang. Just think about it. Biglang yaman ng ganung katindi. Parang biglang yaman, biglang palit ng lifestyle.

Pero congrats to Manny Pacqiao. I hope hindi mapunta kung saan saan yung napanalunan nya =)
