Why don’t you just use the WordPress Automatic Upgrade plug in? It Automatically upgrades your WordPress installation.

@mcangeli… yeah, it was indeed a pain in the a$$.
@lilah… i actually used fantastico’s single click upgrade. I upgraded from 2.2.1 to 2.3.1. The upgrade broken my sidebar plugin, that’s why it took me more time to finish it.
