Wala akong nabanggit na rules regarding subdomain, so, you can create a subdomain, basta ang usapan, kailangan, yung blog post (permalink nung blog post) na submitted as entry ang magrarank, not the domain or subdomain. it's up to you if you really want to create a subdomain, back to zero ka kasi dun, walang PR, walang backlinks. kanya kanya na lang kayo diskarte. :) @Glenn
