I had the same experience 3 weeks ago… BDO din yung ginamit ko and it didn’t push through at first… then nung ginamit ko yung BDO card ng sister ko, ok naman. Yun nga lang, need mo pa makuha yung bank statement mo for that month kasi paypal will be needing the ‘paypal code’ (which can be seen from ur bank statement). Then after a few days, i tried my own BDO card linkin to paypal and it did work. Try mo na lang ulit. Or baka wala balance yung card mo? kasi paypal will charge ur card $1.95USD but they will return it naman after u verify ur paypal code.

So, instead of waiting for my bank statement from BDO… ginamit ko na lang ung UNIONBANK card ko… its better kasi may online account ako dun kaya nakita ko na agad paypal code ko im not sure kasi kung may online account din ang BDO.

Hi! I need help. itâ€™s my first time to use paypal. It says on paypal that my bank transfer was completed but itâ€™s not yet on my bank account.itz been 5 months.. im using my bdo debit account and it is also a mastercard to verify my paypal account but it says my account is not validâ€¦What Iâ€™am going to do? I called the bdo customer service and i went to there office already at nalaman ko ang BDO pala di na nag aaccept ng paypal transaction.. anu p o ang dapat kong gawin
please tulungan nyo nman po ako kung wat ang dapat gawin…1 lang po kz ang atm ko

Just wanna ask if BDO atm debit card with mastercard logo is the one referred to as
BANCO DE ORO (& EPCIB) 010530667 in this blog?
Can I use it also to verify my paypal account?

Hi thanks for the post. I have been using my eon card to withdraw my paypal dollars. For the people who don’t know about eon, EON now has a bank account number itself already and you can actually ADD this account number to your paypal and the charge for your withdrawal of below 7,000 pesos would be 50 pesos only. Unlike using the EON with its debit number. The good thing also with adding your EON account number to your paypal is that, it will only take 2-4 days to transfer the money while when you withdraw it to your debit/credit card (EON number), it will definitely take 1 week and expensive charge which is 200pesos.

And by the way, can you help me find out if I have a dollar acount with BDO and then I’ll link this to paypal. When I withdraw funds to my dollar account, would that be alright? I mean still dollars to withdraw with dollar account?
