Google Adsense recently updated their Terms of Service, that’s why when you logged in, they’ll require you to read it again and click I agree. I actually did not bother reading it, I just clicked I agree and then started searching the web on what changes has been made on their TOS.
Jensense did a good job of summarizing the changes to the TOS. From there, I found out that as a publisher, we are now required to create our own Privacy Policy for our sites that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website.
So, to stay loyal to Google Adsense’s TOS, I recently created my own Privacy Policy which I patterned from here. Plagiarism? No. He actually recommended it. You can check my Privacy Policy here. I put the Privacy Policy link on the footer, just like what Google Adsense did on their own Privacy Policy. 
This means that I need to create Privacy Policy to each blogs that I own where I use Google Adsense. That’s quite a lot of copy-edit-paste work to do.
How about you, do you already have your own Privacy Policy? You can just copy mine if you want, just edit the pertinent information to make it suit your site. Or you can use this Privacy Policy generator for a more formal one.

I think that’s a good idea to have your own Privacy Policy for security purposes. hanks for sharing your policy.

Unfortunately I got banned from Google Adsense some months ago for no reasons. I haven´t done anything against the TOS like clicking my own ads…But that isn´t the point here. I think your hint could be very important for me anyway, maybe I am able to get my Adsense account back some day.

Thanks for this information! Yeah, I got asked to “unify” everything into a Google Account and it was sort of confusing and the TOS wasn’t exactly light reading. I will “borrow” your Privacy Policy. Thanks again!
