Why I’m Still On Pay-Per-Play

Many popular blogs already said their piece on Pay-Per-Play. Majority of them says that it is a bad idea and it will not fly. But why am I still with them?

Well, that’s because I don’t make movie reviews by just watching the movie trailer. I don’t judge a book by its cover. If someone says that a particular movie sucks, I still watch it and then judge it by my own experience. If they say that Pay-per-play is a bad idea, they can say it all they want. That’s their opinion. But I’ll still join them and see for myself if it really sucks.

How could you say something really sucks when it has never done before? Did they tested it and make scientific research to prove their claims? No. Those were all based on their opinion. And I’m the kind of person who don’t easily believe on anyone’s opinion. Why the hell did God gave me my own brain if I’ll just rely on someone else’s brain?

So, yes. I’m still on Pay-Per-Play. The code is still there. It hasn’t launched fully yet. They are still testing many things. Well, if it doesn’t fly, then it really sucks. But how would I know if I’ll not join them and experience the suckiness first hand?

But what if it becomes a success? Like what I’ve said on my first post on Pay-Per-Play, there’s nothing to lose if this is fake and more to gain if this is true. Losing visitors? I’ve yet to lose a visitor on this blog. If they don’t want to read what I’m writing here because of an annoying 5-second audio ad, they are free not to visit my blog again. They don’t put foods on my plate anyway, do they?

Well, that’s just my opinion. Who cares for my opinion anyway? 🙂
