It’s summer time already. Everyone is planning to have a day-off or two just to enjoy the summer, go to the beach and have some fun.
Here, I’m compiling a list of beach resorts in Batangas where you may want to go if a trip to Boracay is not feasible. Anyway, my home province has one of the best beaches in the Philippines too, in my opinion, you just need to know where to go.
This is just a list. No reviews whatsover, unless they gave me a free 3-day 2-night accomodation. Hahaha. Listed in no particular order.
1. La Luz Beach Resort.
2. Matabungkay Beach Resort and Hotel.
3. Vistamar Beach Resort
4. Sabangan Beach Resort
5. Eagle Point Resort - I’ve been here!
6. Rosegold Beach Resort
7. Maharlika Beach Resort
8. Balai Resorts
9. Portulano Dive Resort
10. Kabayan Beach Resort
Traffic advisory. When going to Batangas from Manila, it is better that you go there early in the morning. The South Luzon Expressway is undergoing major renovation that if you are caught in traffic, it might take you 4 to 5 hours to reach your destination instead of the normal 2 hours.
Another thing, if you are going to Lemery, Batangas, I suggest that you go there via the Tagaytay route because a bridge in Cuenca is still closed for traffic. It is still under construction.
That’s all!

I love knowing that summer is so close. I have so many ideas and plans about how to spend this summmer but I don’t know what to choose. I want to go everywhere and I want to see everything. After reading your post I have decided that I must go to the beach, but I still can’t decide where to go.
