If you don’t have time to go to the nearest NSO office to get your birth certificate, you can do it online now.
All you have to do is to go to the E-census website and file your application there. You can pay online via credit card and your birth certificate will be delivered to your house. You can also pay over the counter on any Equitable PCI Bank and Unionbank branches nationwide.
Their service is not limited to birth certificate. You can also get your marriage certificate, certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR or singleness) and even death certificate.
I actually used their service last week and I’m still waiting for the documents to be delivered this week. It is already on the “Processed” status when I checked it today. Just go to their website for more information.

Nung mag file ako ng petition for my husband, gumamit ako ng Online for our birth certifiate and marriage certificate mga Oct. 2006 pa ata un. Pero pinadeliver ko sa Pinas. Dahil ang mahal ng singil sa international. heheh!

i have ordered my birth certificate from e-census, paid them in full with a credit card, this was last july 26 2008, and to date i have not recieved my birth cretificate,ni hindi sila nag-rerespond sa e-mail ko, i still have many option to find out if they are legitimate, and in really do not want to go that route, all i really want ,is a response, that they are having somekind of problem, but by ignoring my e-mail,i cannot help but think of something else—kabayan ,sagutin ninyo naman ang sulat ko,$20.00 is nothing, but you people are costing me time, and aggravation….ANO BA NAMAN YAN MANGA KABABAYANG MAGILIW, nakakalungkot naman kayo….THOMAS PRAXEDES

I like their online facility. Ang galing! At least you don’t have to go all the way to NSO just to have it done. Plus pwede ka na ring mag pay online using BDO’s internet banking facility. Super convenient. Great job, NSO.

Pilipinas Teleserv offers the same service. http://www.citizenservices.com.ph/nso/
I inquired via their hotline +63 2 737-1111
P330 per birth certificate nationwide delivery. If you want 2 copies you pay P330 x 2.
4 working days after they receive your metrobank payment (I think there are other ways to pay). 8 working days for an infant or under 1 year old.
