Another one is the use of the word “alot”. This word does not exist, and is always used instead of “a lot”.

The word “to” is always confused with the word “too”. The word “too” is always meant to indicate likeness or also. Like: I used to do the same, too. Many will always write: I used to do the same, to.

I have a business English text book around here and it has a big list of these grammar mistakes. But hey, we are human and even I make those mistakes without even thinking about them, all the time.

Sometimes it is ok with the reader, as long as they could decipher what you really want them to know… It is a matter of common sense! hehehe uso na kasi ang text kaya ok lang yan!… SEO ba ito? hahaha

me cannot wrong in grammar. me are expert at this field. but i no speak english.

wala naman perfekto sa grammar kaya ok lang yan. pero at least yung basic ma perfect man lang.

but sometimes, wrong grammar is correct in some situations.

actually, we consider a grammar wrong if it doesn’t follow the current standard in constructing english sentence.

but what if a pinoy say: “Ito po ang pinaka-latest na issue.” Well, for me the sentence is correct because we couldn’t use at all times the standard in constructing english sentence when constructing a tag-lish sentence. Wrong grammar nga ito if we will translate the whole sentence to english.

hmmm…. walang kokontra sa akin…..

ako naman maraming mali sa tenses..

pati sa “ON” “IN” at “AT”

at.. sa “HAD” “HAVE” at “HAS”

T___T kawawa talaga ako.. hehehe..
