What if your credit card bill shows that you have to pay an additional 50% of your expected outstanding balance for reasons you don’t know, are you going to call them to ask what the additional amount is all about? The answer is a no-brainer, right? Of course, you will.
Now, what if your credit card bill shows that you have to pay less amount for this month compared to what you are expecting to pay, a difference of about 50%? Are you going to call them to ask why there is such a deduction of your outstanding balance?
Well, the latter happened to me this month. They made a mistake of reversing my annual fee twice this month resulting to a smaller billing amount. So, I called them and informed them that their is something wrong with my bill. They told me to pay for the lesser amount and they’ll just reverse the mistake they made on their next billing cycle. For me, still, honesty is the best policy.
