I’m planning to go home to Batangas tonight, but I changed my mind after seeing this weather forecast from QTV’s Balitanghali. Typhoon Frank is currently busy on Southern Tagalog region. Busy pouring rains and blowing winds. Watch the video after the jump.

Typhoon Frank Weather Forecast
Cavite, Laguna and Batangas are all typhoon signal number 2 while it’s signal number 1 here in Manila. Travelling tonight will not be a good decision because I’ll be literally passing on those provinces on SLEX.
So, I’ll just stay here in Manila this weekend.

The winds are quite strong even here in Metro Manila. I’ve seen a number of broken trees and felled bougainvillas. The winds were stronger around 2am in Manila, but not that much rain. Now that the wind has subsided a bit, it’s raining so hard.
