This interview was shown on GMA 7, but lots of cuts were made, because David Diaz was saying a lot of F word.(4 as they have counted). No, he is not saying anything bad about Manny Pacquiao, he just can’t find the proper adjective to describe Pacman’s speed. 
And look at his face, he is really so funny. And kudos to him for showing courage and sportsmanship.
