Can You Use The R4DS On Nintendo DSi?

I guess, that is what most of Nintendo DS Lite users with R4DS is asking. Of course, if they want to upgrade to Nintendo DSi, they wanted to know if their favorite homebrew games and applications can still be used there by using the R4.

Unfortunately, the answer is NO. You cannot use the R4DS on Nintendo DSi right now. See this Youtube video as a proof.

R4DS on Nintendo DSi Doesn’t Work

I think, after a month or two, those people behind the R4DS will find a way to integrate their cards on the Nintendo DSi. We just have to wait as they do their homework.

I guess, the M3 Simply cards and the DSTT cards will not work too.

Nintendo, I’m sure, is aware of these pirates (R4DS etc). It is only understandable that Nintendo finds away to block it.. but humans being resourceful, will find a way to hack through it..meh
