Yep. You read it right. So, the eight-day holiday season just become an eleven-day holiday season!
Here’s the news from Gov.ph
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has declared Jan. 2, 2009 as official non-working holiday, Malacanang announced today.
Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita made the announcement this morning minutes after Trade and Industry Secretary Peter Favila informed him of the President’s instruction.
