we ordered and we thought it was going smoothly because the call center called after 10 minutes of placing the order online. it was around 12.50 in the afternoon so we were very hungry.
but then nothing came even after 2pm. i think they should just stick to the usual delivery- phone per branch.

They have been consistently good when your order is their regular meals. But there’s a time we ordered for their breakfast meals, someone from their call center would call you 30 minutes after placing your order and will just tell you that they don’t cater breakfast anymore since t’was 1045am already. I fully understand that their breakfast meal is only until 1030am that’s why we placed the order before that time. Then there’s this 2nd experience wherein the following week, me and my officemates again ordered breakfast online, this time i placed the order on a much earlier time. Remembering I sent it at exactly 0958h. T’was around 1035h, when we noticed that nobody has called us yet to confirm our delivery which initiated me to call their hotline only to be told again that they no longer cater breakfast delivery since it’s already past 1030h. To our dissappointment, we no longer use their online delivery. It’s better to call their hotline no. than to use their online delivery which is not so efficient at all. I think Mcdonald’s should improve more on this. I am just not sure if it was the online delivery or the people behind it(if they have just read my order late) is the problem.

This is not a hamburger business this is a real estate business.
