This post is dedicated for male newly grads. One of the things you must learn after graduating college (if you didn’t know yet) is how to tie a necktie. You need this because from now on, you will be attending job interviews and most of the time, you will be required to come in a formal attire. Your attire doesn’t look formal without a tie, unless you are willing to wear a barong tagalog on your job interviews.
