One of the requirements if you are into web publishing is to be able to upload your files to your web host thru FTP. There are many FTP clients out there that can do the job easily. My personal favorite is the Filezilla. Why?

Because Filezilla is easy to use, with a nice user interface, and best of all, it’s free. It is provided under the GNU General Public License.
