Splash Island Is Now Open

As I drove myself home last weekend from Manila to Batangas, I noticed that Splash Island is already open. I’ve been there for several times already and I won’t hesitate coming back. The place is full of slides and water rides for a whole day of fun. They’ve got artificial sea that has artificial waves in there. 🙂

According to their official website, it is open everyday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM with the following admission fee schedule:

Mondays To Fridays
Php 250.00 General Admission
Php 200.00 Child Admission / Senior Citizen (with National Senior Citizen ID)

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays

Php 325.00 General Admission
Php 250.00 Child Admission / Senior Citizen (with National Senior Citizen ID)

Take note that when going there, all you have to bring is your swimming attire and money. Food is not allowed inside, even drinking water is not allowed. If you want to eat, you have to buy inside. Well, that’s just based on my experience. But I guess, the rule will not change.

For more information, just visit their official website here. You can contact them at the following telephone numbers: (+632) 699-2320 to 24.

  1. PUBLIC WARNING. Splash Island can be a really fun place. Please be warned however that there exists rampant stealing of personal valuables within the resort. The sad thing about this is that the management and employees of Splash Island are so accustomed to it that it does not seem to bother them anymore. The only obvious thing that the management is doing is playing a disclaimer within the resort that Splash Island will not be liable for any loss or damage to guest’s property that took place within its premises. This is the best help you can expect. Go there at your own risk and enjoy the not so comforting service. Please help to spread this word to warn other people.
    Thank you.

  2. Ive checked their website and checked the hours of fun. ive noticed that their calendar was only upto june and half of that month was saying that the park was closed. Are they still in service for this month and forward?

  3. punyeta! this is bullshit! if the management doesn’t do anything about this (stealing), they’ll be back in the hole where they once belong! and probably the reason behind them ignoring these crimes is because they are incahoots with this plug-ugly sickoes! nyemas!

  4. Just went to Splash Island yesterday May 20, 2009 to check the place out. My niece and I were 1st timers.
We really had GREAT fun and enjoyed the experience, except the pain & time of going up the “stairs” just to go down that fast, and the “carryng your own raft” in most of the slides. Hope there could be any other ways to ease such burden like having an automatic carriage for the rafts so guests wouldn’t have a hard time carryng rafts to flight of stairs. Hmmm…
Other than that, the experience was GREAT! I couldn’t say anything negative about it. The people in the Guest Relations Office and at the Exit were so kind, courteous and hospitable. Though some workers attending some of the slides could need a little more smile on their faces.
With regard security of things, I don’t see any problem with it. Having the lockers are a great help in securing valuables. But hope the fee for such could be lessen, if not, FREE. Guests already paid the entrance fee, and hope it would already be a benefit to have access to atleast 1 free locker.
Hope you’d extend your hours of operation because 9am-5pm is really “BITIN”.
I’ll definitly recommend the place to my family, friends and relatives.
And whoever is reading this comment might as well invite your family, friends and relatives to go to Splash Island and have a GRAND bonding time with each other.
Thank you to the new management (GLOBAL GUTZ) for a great experience!
I will definitely come back for more.
    God bless!

  5. Do they have air conditioned rooms so that you can leave your belongings inside the room and you can relax during noon in the room. Whenever I am in resorts I usually rent a private room so that I will have a peace of mind swimming in the public pool. Thanks.

  6. To all visitors you can contact them to confirm the schedule if in case you are in doubt. Also, there are lockers that can be rented at P50 each to place your valuables. Remember! We are always responsible when it comes to our personal belongings. Another point, they have different cottages to choose from.
Splash Island is a great place to have fun and great bonding time with friends and family.
Enjoy the rest of the vacation!
