I found a Google Gadget provided by NBCOlympics that you can put on your blog or website that tracks the medal tally and delivers it to your website/blog. Here it is:

Do not give a misleading title to your site. I did not find any medal tally anywhere on the page!
@a k bhattacharya… you are using IE, use firefox to see the tally. the title is not misleading, your browser is the one misleading you.
