Last November 2007, I installed the WordPress Mobile Plugin on this blog to make this blog mobile-ready. However, I decided to disable that plugin when I installed the Super Cache plugin on this blog. Why? Because they were not compatible.
The problem was that Super Cache plugin was also caching the mobile version of the page. It sometimes serves a mobile version of the page to a standard internet user. That was annoying. And since I couldn’t find a fix to this problem before and I really needed that Super Cache plugin, I’ve decided to disable the WordPress Mobile Plugin.
Fast forward today, Super Cache now supports mobile devices! Actually, it was added last June 19. And since Super Cache author recommends another WordPress mobile plugin named WordPress Mobile Edition, I went ahead and installed it on this blog.
Now, this blog is mobile-friendly again! I’ve tinkered the code a bit to enable the captcha plugin on the mobile device and to add the Admob code in it so that I can make money from mobile too. 😉
