Well, not really. But I can solve the Rubix cube puzzle in around 6 minutes now after studying the tutorial video for the last 3 days.
How did I master it in the last 3 days? Instead of trying to learn all the algorithms in one day, I did it via a divide and conquer process.
On the first day, I studied the algorithms for fixing the first layer of the cube. Yeah, just the first layer. Everytime I fixed the first layer of the Rubix cube, I’ll scramble it again, and fix it again. My goal on the first day was to finish the first layer under 2 minutes. One day was enough to achieve this goal. Well, at least 2 hours on that day.
The next day, I started studying the second layer algorithm. Just like what I did on the first day, everytime I fixed it, I’ll scramble it again. Anyway, I can already fix the first layer in 2 minutes, setting up for the second layer was easy. It took me around 1 hour to finally master the algorithm and another 1 hour to get to my desired speed, that is 2 minutes for the second layer.
I guess, you already know what I did on the 3rd day. Same process. And yes, I was able to achieve my goal. Now, I can solve the Rubix cube puzzle in under 6 minutes. Not as fast as the best rubix cuber out there, but fast enough to entertain some people.
Note: Never mind the spelling, it was done on purpose. Hehehe.

I actually did the same thing during the long weekend, hehe. Uso talaga ngayon ulit ang Rubik’s cube. Dami kong nakikitang may hawak ngayon.

i was able to solve rubik’s cube before… promise… pero yung bottom layer di ko na mabuo ngayon… tagal kasing walang practice.
nice Rubix… siguro top searched keyword yan sa google with wrong spelling?

@Fitz… yup, usong uso ngayon. kaya nga naengganyo ako pag-aralan eh.
@Ash… medyo highly searched ngayon ang rubix sa philippines. hehe
@Kenneth… medyo ilang araw akong offline sa ym coz of this thing
@Empress.. oh yeah! kaya ko na rin less than 5 minutes now. my fastest record is 4 minutes now.

You can also improve your time by applying efficient hand techniques for rotating the layers. There are also shortcut algorithms to reduce the number of rotations you need. If you apply all these you can easily solve the cube in under a minute.
