Course 2279: Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure

September 22nd, 2008 by

I am currently on training for this course. Our company paid for it. They wanted me to learn this stuff so that I could help in administering our network. You know, I know some of these stuff, but I haven’t had a formal training yet. Maybe, dedicating full 5 days studying this might make me an expert network administrator someday.

Today, I learned more about domain, domain trees, forest, installing Active Directory and many more. Lots of practice and simulations were given. I am actually exhausted right now due to information overload :( .

I’ve finished Module 1 and Module 2. There are still 4 days to go with 9 more modules.

I might not be able to update this blog this week as often as I want because of this training. It’s hard to think of what to post while configuring an Active Directory. :D

To know more about this course, visit this link from Microsoft. I might take an MCSE exam later. :D
