I’ve known him simply as Ka Erdy. Every Iglesia Ni Cristo knew him and called him as Ka Erdy. Yeah, we call everyone inside the church as “Ka {name here}”, whether you are an ordinary member, a deacon or even an Executive Minister. Because we are brothers and sisters in the eyes of God, equal and no favoritism. Of course, when someone mentioned “Ka Erdy”, we already knew he is talking about the Executive Minister, and no one else.
Today is a very sad day for all INC. Ka Erdy passed away. The man who led the Church to its glorious state today just left us. We were shocked. My wife cried in tears after hearing the sad news:
Ka Erdy, thank you very much. Thank you for bringing us closer to God. See you soon at the Holy City!
