Have you heard of a bullet-proof dress? That’s what I call those dresses for sale in the malls that are insanely overpriced. Like when my wife was shopping with me and when she looked at the price of a dress she liked, I reacted, “Wow, mahal nang presyo! Siguro, bullet-proof na yan? Bakit ang mahal?”
Well, maybe, I’m just used to buying gadgets. That when it’s expensive, it has an extra feature in it. Like additional RAM, or a better CPU when buying a laptop. So, why would you pay triple the price of a dress when the only difference I could see is the brand name? It can’t even protect you from bullets? 😀
